Our Story
Following our daughters diagnosis of Coeliac Disease at just 3 years old, it became my passion to create and bake treats without gluten to make sure she never felt left out. Fast forwards 13 years, and Abigail has become a great baker herself - and together we have created Abigail's Delights.
Everything is produced in our designated gluten free equipment and great care is taken before, during and after baking to reduce any risks of cross contamination.
From cakes and cupcakes to deliciously fudgy brownies and blondies, we have something for everyone!
